I went to a docter and she said I have reflex sympathetic dystrophy, but in the face, is this possible?

My face turns really red when I go out in the sun, and no it is not sunburn. It happens when it is raining also but only in the summer. My face starts peeling and feels really hot. I searched reflex sympathetic dystrophy and I saw that t has to do with your feet and arms, and found nothing on it being in your face. Anyone else have what I have or know if this is possible?
