What does yellow skin around the mouth and face signify? sunburn? not enough vitamins?

I am a nurse, and you should really be checked over by a doctor. Any yellowing of skin or especially if the whites of your eyes look yellowish... might mean a type of liver problem called jaundice. Don't be scared, treatment is usually effective. Good luck! :)
