Sunburn blisters turned scabby and brown?

I went to the beach three days ago and got horribly sunburned. My legs, arms, chest, neck, back, shoulder, and face completely bright red. I was in excrusiating pain and I think I had sun poisoning or I'm exaggerating. Either ones pretty bad. Since yesterday morning I've noticed blister on a patch of my cheek, near my nose, on my nose, lower lip, and chin. They turned an orgish color but now their turning scabby and brown. What should I do? Will it go away? Are their any creams I can buy to relieve the burning pain on my chest?
