Transferring music colleges?
When auditioning to transfer to another music conservatoire, you have to get yoru college to provide written agreement for you to audition elsewhere whilst enrolled with them. Since spaces are so limited in music conservatoires, are there cases when colleges don't permit you to audition elsewhere? Or do they usually give permission?
