I have very bad sickness feelings?

For the past 2 days, I have been feeling very, very achey. My whole body feels very achey and sore. I've also been having very bad headaches, and my throat hurts when I talk and swallow. One minute, I'd be very cold, even in warm environments, then the next minute, I'd be hot. I took a warm shower, and wrapped the towel around me, and the towel felt SCORCHING hot. No, I don't have sunburn. Can anyone tell me what this sickness might be? And what it might be from? Thank you.
