Do you know if helium is a drug?

Helium is not a drug and does not have any effects which a drug would have, it`s a gas. It is used to fill balloons and is lighter than air so the air in your mouth is pushed to the roof of the mouth and allows your voice to go high pitch. When helium is inhaled excessively your body can become starved of Oxygen and you can die.
