I am curious about TSS....?

I wore a tampon Saturday for 10-12 hours but took it out asap when I got to my house. I had one in gor maybe two or three hours today. I just started to "feel" dizzy. The room isn't spinning it just feels different when i get up to walk. That's all that's bothering me. Could this weird feeling be due to a bad sunburn or tss?
