What can I do to help my sunburn?

I went to the beach recently, and got very bad sunburn on my face. My nose becomes very wrinkled when I scrunch it up. I peeled a piece of skin off the side of my nose and it is know red and burning. Will that spot turn into a sunburn scar? What can I do to help my sunburn?
