Sunburn really bad! please help, thanks!?

Okkk so I was at the pool and it was outside ( I was there for 8 hours) I put sunblock on FOUR times and obvoiusly it did not work because I'm burnt SO bad its pathetic nothing hurts except for my legs! They are burning and are really hot, what will make them cool down and stop the burning? I know people say that aloe stuff works but I dont have any right now and I cant go to the store so does anybody have any good ideas that work?
