My nose is leaking a clear fluid?

Its not from my nostrils, buut from like the pore on my skin? if that makes sense...its like this clear type of liquid that kind of feels a bit greecey but its completely clear...., and it hasnt really stopped in the past 10 mins...i just got sunburn, could that be something? im 15 btw...um yeah xD please help!
