How to get rid of a sunburn fast!?

I went to the pool today all day. I'm already tan so i didn't get too burnt, but my face for some reason is less tan and it got pretty burnt. I have a party to go to tomorrow and I really don't want to look red, i want to look tan! How do i get rid of my sunburn really fast? Like in a day?!
