Girls: Question on eyelashes, please help?

I have full eyelashes on my left eye i guess but the right one looks ugly and small, i mean the eye. I have lost alot of eyelashes from the right eye so how do i get it back....is this why it makes my eye look small compared to the left one?????????????????????????????????????… I really need help? Do eyelashes play a big part on yoru eyes to make the m look big and nice? help me please
