Does the speed of a sound change how our ear interprets that sound?

If I was in a room full of normal air and heard a pitch and then heard the same pitch but in a room of helium (Where the sound would travel at 965 m/s) would I hear it differently? If so how would it be different and would there be a drastic change in the sound?
