Do you go to jail in Japan if you give an English translation to a Japanese lyric on a public site?

Say if you lived in Japan and studied Japanese and English so that you can translate Hoshi no mienai yoru into English from Japanese on Yahoo Answers. Will you got to jail? Someone told me doing this is illegal and I disregard it.
