After sunburn!!!!!!!!!!!!?

i just got sunburn on my face 2 days ago. today its peeling and there are pink spots where it peeled and the rest is tan. how long will it take till my face looks normal? is there anything i can do to make it go faster? if i wear sunscreen could i go tan it and make it look better?
