Really super itchy, cant take it!?

it started this morning! ivebeen itchign so much idontknow that im itching! Like 2 minutes ago i started itchign my knee, i have 2 or 3 spots on my feet and toes and near my ankles i itch, and at the part where yoru leg bends, and one on my thigh, and one on my back now! im super duper itchy and it just strted this morning!!!! HELP PLEASE I BEG YOUUUU
