I just blow-dried my hair and it went frizzy!!!?

I have straight blonde hair tht goes about an inch past my shoulder and I just took a shower. I took a cold one because I have a bad sunburn. Also I was out of conditioner. Help it's a frizzy!! What do I do!?!!!
