How do I treat a very severe sunburn?

I have a pretty bad sunburn that I managed to get at Warped Tour. It's all almost healed except on my chest, and it started peeling. I may have peeled it off too soon, because it stings, burns and is EXTREMELY painful. It has some tiny blisters in it, and when I peeled the skin, it made some of them open. Trying vinegar just burns. Does anybody have any remedies, treatments or solutions of the type?
